Her most notable achievement during her tenure at West Coast Pediatrics was reducing accounts receivable from approximately $200,000 to $40,000 within her first two weeks, a testament to her advanced billing and collections skills.

Between 2011 and 2013, Ms. Lindsey served as an office manager at Le Medical Care. In this role, she supervised administrative staff and ensured the smooth operation of the medical office. Ms. Lindsey also served as a billing manager at Professional Health Care of Pinellas, overseeing billing operations and contributing to the practice's financial stability. Earlier roles included billing manager for Family Practice and Infectious Disease Practice and billing personnel at Bayfront Medical Center. Ms. Lindsey's early exposure to health care administration set the stage for her future accomplishments.

Ms. Lindsey completed coursework in medical coding through the American Medical Association in 2008, followed by a 2010 associate degree in billing and coding from ATA Career Education. These academic achievements have provided a strong foundation for her career in health care administration and have directly contributed to her success in streamlining operations and improving financial outcomes for medical practices.

Beyond her education, Ms. Lindsey is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the National Notary Association, and Privia Medical Group. Earlier, she demonstrated a commitment to community involvement as a cheerleading coach and head coach for the Northeast Bandits.

In addition to her leadership roles, Ms. Lindsey authored "Billing Boss" in 2025, a publication reflecting her expertise and passion for educating others about medical billing.

Ms. Lindsey is recognized for her deep knowledge in billing and accounts receivable, areas in which she has achieved a high level of expertise through years of dedicated service and continuous professional development. She has been recognized with accolades, including being named The Most Influential Businesswoman in Largo, Florida, in 2025.
