From 1999 to 2006, he worked as the Pro Personnel Director for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, applying his knowledge of player evaluation and contract negotiation. His initial professional experience included serving as salary cap and contract analyst for the National Football League Management Council in New York from 1998 to 1999.
