Mr. Thompson began his career as a union electrician after completing his apprenticeship at IBEW Local #145 NJTC in 2000, graduating as valedictorian of his class. Shortly after becoming a journeyman electrician, his leadership potential propelled him into a management role within just six months. This hands-on experience in the field gave Mr. Thompson a deep understanding of the trade—knowledge that continues to shape his strategic vision and leadership as an executive.

Throughout his career, Mr. Thompson has remained an active member of key industry organizations, including IBEW Local 145 and the National Electrical Contractors Association.
