MACON, GA, January 23, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bradley Scott Sappe has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

As the founder and president of Cross Roads Recovery Ministries since 2015, Mr. Sappe has made a profound impact on individuals and their families for more than a decade. Drawing from his personal journey through addiction recovery, he established the organization to address a critical gap he observed after completing his own rehabilitation at No Longer Bound. Recognizing that many men struggle to maintain their sobriety upon re-entering daily life, he designed a program that emphasizes accountability, structure and real-world engagement.

Participants at Cross Roads Recovery commit to a minimum of six months, during which they secure employment, provide for themselves and their families and adhere to a structured daily routine that begins with morning devotionals. The evenings are dedicated to classes, recovery meetings and church services, all aimed at helping men understand the underlying motivations behind their choices. The ministry's approach centers on regeneration through the teachings of Jesus Christ and an emphasis on long-term transformation rather than temporary change. Many participants choose to remain beyond the initial commitment, with some transitioning into rental housing provided by the ministry as they continue their recovery journey.

Prior to founding Cross Roads Recovery Ministries, Mr. Sappe worked as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technician with GHC Mechanical in 2014. In this role, he applied his longstanding technical expertise in HVAC systems, contributing to the company's service operations.

From 2006 to 2012, Mr. Sappe was an application engineer and inside commercial support specialist at Mingledorffs, Inc., where he provided technical assistance, planning and support for commercial HVAC projects. His responsibilities during this time included troubleshooting complex systems and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sappe gained valuable leadership and management experience at the family-owned Sappe's Heating & Air from 2000 to 2006. Serving as owner, service manager and technical support lead, he oversaw all business operations while delivering hands-on service to clients in Gordon, Georgia, and elsewhere throughout the region.

While dealing with profound grief after his father suffered a tragic work accident, Mr. Sappe obtained an HVAC license after leaving college to help manage Sappe's Heating & Air. This certification enabled him to contribute meaningfully to his family's livelihood while developing many of the technical skills that would serve him throughout his professional journey.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Mr. Sappe earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Mercer University in 2016, which equipped him with skills in human services that have been pivotal in his leadership of Cross Roads Recovery Ministries. He also completed coursework in sports and exercise at Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville in 2000, reflecting his early interest in athletics and wellness.

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Sappe attributes his personal and professional success to his faith, a deep motivation rooted in gratitude and a desire to use his talents for the benefit of others. He also acknowledges the mentorship and influence of Mike Harden — the founder of No Longer Bound — who created the program that allowed Mr. Sappe to complete his own rehabilitation.

Also known for his contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Mr. Sappe is active with the local Rotary Club as well as F3 Nation, Inc., organizations dedicated to community improvement and personal development. In recognition of his impact on the addiction recovery efforts of others, he was honored with the Recovery Champion Award in 2024.

Happily married and a proud father of two children, Mr. Sappe is deeply devoted to his family and takes great pride in being a responsible parent. He considers maintaining sobriety for their well-being as his most significant life achievement — one that far surpasses any professional milestone. His son is currently attending college while making positive choices, and his daughter is preparing to graduate high school; both outcomes are sources of great joy and fulfillment.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Sappe cherishes spending time with his family and maintains an active lifestyle by participating in ultra endurance races, fitness activities, running and attending football games.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Sappe plans to develop enhanced relapse prevention programs that support men who are actively involved in their communities by expanding Cross Roads Recovery Ministries and furthering its mission of transformation and support for those seeking lasting change. With his compassion, leadership acumen and personal experience in overcoming significant life challenges, he is uniquely positioned to make a longstanding impact on individuals and families throughout his community and beyond.
