Through comprehensive training initiatives and strategic reorganization of facility layouts, Mr. Morris led efforts that resulted in the processing of an additional 15 million units and generated net savings of approximately $15 million for the network.

In addition to his degree, he holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Amazon, earned in 2022.
