BOSTON, MA, January 28, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Peter J. de Silva L.H.D., a highly accomplished financial services executive and nonprofit leader, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. Peter is known to be a high energy, high integrity driven servant leader who is committed to developing the next generation of world class talent.

In 2024, he became chief executive officer of IRALOGIX, the country's leading retirement focused fintech. He leads the company's strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. Under his leadership, IRALOGIX has grown to $2 billion in assets under administration and employs more than 110 people nationwide.

He has served on IRALOGIX's board of directors since 2022 and holds or has held numerous corporate board and committee roles across financial services, technology, education, and nonprofit organizations. Peter is currently a board member at Prosper Marketplace, OnePak, IRALOGIX, Infosel, Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company, and Fidelity Security Assurance Company. He is a recent board member of Edelman Financial Engines.

A central part of Mr. de Silva's work is his commitment to advancing medical research. Since 2022, he has served as a board member of the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Research Foundation (CMTRF) and currently serves as the organizations board chair. During his time on the board, Peter has been instrumental in helping to raise nearly $30 million. These funds have been invested in the leading science in pursuit of treatments and cures for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT), His involvement is deeply personal, as Peter has the disease as do many family members.

Previously, Mr. de Silva held senior leadership roles at TD Ameritrade, Scottrade, and UMB Financial Corporation. As president of Scottrade and as president of retail at TD Ameritrade, Peter played a key role in the consolidation of the discount brokerage industry, including the landmark transactions that led to the acquisition of Scottrade by TD Ameritrade and the eventual sale of TD Ameritrade to Charles Schwab. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades at Fidelity Investments and began his professional journey at Lockwood McKinnon Corporation in Boston.

In addition to his executive career, Mr. de Silva is active in philanthropy and civic leadership. Since 2015, he has served as a director of the Robert W. Plaster Charitable Foundation which is focused on promoting free enterprise and business education. From 2021 to 2022, he was a senior fellow at Harvard University's Advanced Leadership Initiative. Additionally, Peter has served on the boards of The National WWI Museum and Memorial, the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce (board chair), the United Way of Greater Kansas City (Campaign Committee Chair, Tocqueville Society Chair), Park University, the Kansas City Symphony, the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City, the St. Louis Regional Business Council, and Kansas City Public Television (KCPT). Mr. de Silva also co-chaired the mayoral transition committee for Kansas City Mayor Sylvester James.

In 2023, Park University conferred upon Peter de Silva an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters (L.H.D.) in recognition of his significant philanthropic and business contributions.

de Silva published his award-winning book Taking Stock 10 Life and Leadership Principles From My Seat at the Table, on March 23, 2023, to high acclaim dominating eleven Amazon best-seller lists at its debut including in financial services, knowledge capital, and communication in management, and taking top ranking in eight other business management & leadership categories. The book also garnered top ranking on thirteen new release lists at its unveiling. Additionally, the book has received numerous literary awards including the Literary Titan Book Award, the Firebird Book Award and the 2023 Beach Book Festival Award in the business category.

Mr. de Silva earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and credits his career to adaptability, discipline, and a focus on continuous learning. Outside of work, he enjoys reading history, boating, fishing, cycling, traveling, and spending time with his two daughters.

Looking ahead, Mr. de Silva remains focused on strengthening America's retirement system through his work at IRALOGIX and on accelerating progress toward effective treatments – and ultimately a cure – for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.
