Earlier in his career, Mr. Man held the position of intern Chief Human Resources Officer at Dientes Community Dental. His diverse background also included working at Tesla and DoorDash as an operations and business partner. Notably, Mr. Man contributed to Tesla's journey toward profitability during challenging production periods by implementing thoughtful strategies that balanced operational efficiency with employee well-being. At DoorDash Mr. Man contributed as a Recruiter and Operations Support Strategist during their hyper growth phase.

Mr. Man's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from San Jose State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California. His undergraduate studies were particularly influential in shaping his entrepreneurial mindset, which has been central to his professional trajectory. Additionally, Mr. Man holds a Certified Professional credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), further underscoring his expertise in the field.

Throughout his career, Mr. Man has been an active member of the SHRM, reflecting his commitment to professional development and industry best practices.
