Mr. Smith's professional journey is deeply rooted in his military service with the U.S. Army. From 2004 to 2009, he served as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant, where he completed three combat deployments. During these missions, he personally treated several hundred individuals, providing critical care under fire—an achievement he regards as his most notable professional accomplishment. His earlier military roles included a special forces qualification course student from 2002 to 2004 and a Network Switching Systems Operator from 2000 to 2002.

Academically, Mr. Smith earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 2024 and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Campbell University in 2018. Beyond his education, he attributes his success to the guidance and mentorship he received from colleagues and leaders who shaped his professional path. This influence has inspired him to give back by mentoring others within his field.
