Ms. Cady has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to senior care and community service throughout her career. Ms. Cady has stepped in along side owner of Visiting Angels, Glendora to attend several meetings including the Glendora Rotary Club, The Glendora Chamber of Commerce and the Emanate Health Foundation. She also volunteers as the leader of a local dementia support group at a nearby senior center, where she helps families navigate the emotional and practical challenges of caring for loved ones with dementia..

Ms. Cady's expertise encompasses client acquisition and onboarding, client care management, private-duty in-home care and dementia care. Her dedication has earned her positive online reviews and favorable feedback from clients and the broader community. Visiting Angels, Glendora has won Best Practice several years in a row, strongly due to Ms. Cady and the entire staff's dedication to providing excellence in the Home Care industry.

Attributing her success to her ability to focus, eagerness to learn and openness to constructive criticism, Ms. Cady recognizes the challenge of transforming individuals into compassionate caregivers for older adults and ensures that Visiting Angels provides continuous, hands-on training with ambassador support during shifts, to help caregivers develop essential skills.
