He held this role to help technologically savvy Googlers in translating innovative features and new products into accessible educational content for consumers. His earlier positions as a junior digital content manager (2022–2023) and junior YouTube specialist (2021–2022) provided foundational experience in content development, project coordination, and developer outreach. Mr. Pedroza's advancement through five promotions within four years reflects his sustained commitment to leadership, innovation, and excellence.

Before joining Google, Mr. Pedroza developed a strong professional foundation at Apple. In 2021, he contributed to artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives by helping train Siri to speak Spanish, leveraging his multilingual abilities to improve voice recognition capabilities for Spanish-speaking users in the United States. He previously served as trainer lead from 2020 to 2021 and as a lead and learn facilitator for Apple Retail in 2020. Earlier in his tenure, he worked as a visual merchandiser from 2016 to 2020 and as a specialist from 2015 to 2020, supporting retail operations and customer engagement across the southern California region.

A notable highlight of Mr. Pedroza's career at Apple occurred in 2019, when he served as a global trainer and played an instrumental role in opening the company's largest Apple Store in Mexico City. He considers the launch of the Spanish (United States) version of Siri for iPhone to be his most significant professional achievement. This work enabled low-vision, Spanish-speaking users to access their devices through voice commands, allowing them to navigate their iPhones with the same independence as fully sighted users. The personal impact of this contribution left a lasting impression on Mr. Pedroza and reinforced his commitment to leaving the world in a better state than he found it.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pedroza gained experience in public service as an intern for Congressman Darrell Issa in 2012 and as an election day staffer for the United States federal government in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 elections. In addition to being an active citizen in a democratic country, Mr. Pedroza is also affiliated with the Esperanto League of North America (ELNA) a.k.a. Esperanto-USA, reflecting his longstanding passion for language, cross-cultural communication, and human unity.

Mr. Pedroza serves as a board member of the Escondido History Center, an affiliation rooted in his previous volunteer service as a museum docent and his dedication to preserving local heritage. Mr. Pedroza earned his diploma from Classical Academy in Escondido in 2012. He attributes much of his success to a mentor who has guided him since high school, instilling values centered on living fully, embracing diverse experiences, and helping others—principles that have shaped his approach to career transitions and leadership. He also acknowledges the enduring support of his parents, Efrain E. Pedroza and Shirley Pedroza, and his sister, Mariah Pedroza. Mr. Pedroza looks to leaders such as Bob Iger of Disney, Tim Cook of Apple, and Ron Vachris of Costco for inspiration, drawing from their examples to remain grounded and to place human empathy at the center of every decision he makes.

Committed to civic engagement, Mr. Pedroza has served his local community through the YMCA of San Diego County as a unit leader in 2014 and as a camp counselor and youth leader from 2013 to 2014. He also contributed technical arts expertise at Gateway Community Church from 2006 to 2013.
