Mr. Nordhues brings more than 30 years of experience to the agricultural construction industry and currently serves as owner and Director of Operations of Precision Ag Construction. Since 2018, he has provided executive leadership and operational oversight for the organization, supervising a workforce of 45 employees and directing daily business operations. His responsibilities include strategic planning, project management, customer relations, and the preparation of detailed proposals. Through direct client engagement and consistent operational oversight, he ensures the successful execution of complex millwright and agricultural construction projects.

He is recognized for his expertise in the design and construction of grain storage, grain handling, and grain processing infrastructure. Over the course of his career, he has managed numerous large-scale installations and facility improvements throughout the Midwest. He attributes much of his professional success to the long-standing relationships and trust he has established with customers, which he considers a defining measure of his work.

Prior to founding Precision Ag Construction, Mr. Nordhues served as Vice President for an established construction company from 1995 to 2018, where he directed operational strategy, oversaw specialty millwright services, and led teams responsible for complex construction initiatives. Earlier in his career, he began in a production role and advanced to positions of increasing responsibility in leadership and project management. These experiences provided him with comprehensive knowledge of agricultural construction practices and large-scale operational management.

In establishing Precision Ag Construction, Mr. Nordhues demonstrated notable perseverance, successfully navigating early challenges while building the company into a respected provider of agricultural and industrial construction services. Under his leadership, the organization has developed a reputation for quality workmanship, safety, and reliability.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Nordhues has been an active member of the Grain Elevator and Processing Society since 2001, remaining engaged with industry standards and advancements. He has also received recognition from regional safety and health organizations for his commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence. He credits the guidance of mentors throughout his career for shaping his leadership philosophy.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Nordhues values time with his family and participates in outdoor and recreational activities.
