Through these efforts, Ms. Borgonovo has demonstrated a comprehensive approach to business leadership and consulting. Before founding CAPISIUS LLC, Ms. Borgonovo served as vice president of human resources, communication, and branding for North America at St. Mary Cement Group from 2023 to 2025. In this executive role, she managed human resources and communication across the United States and Canada for an organization generating $1.6 billion in revenue with 3,000 employees and approximately 150 sites. Reporting directly to the chief executive officer for North America, she was an integral member of the executive team, contributed to compliance through committee work, and participated in various advisory teams throughout the company. Her tenure was characterized by significant process improvements, including enhancing time-to-fill positions by 400 percent, achieving $2 million in recruitment cost avoidance, and redesigning the organizational structure.

From 2022 to 2023, Ms. Borgonovo held the position of director of human resources for global specialty metal products and stamping at Shiloh Industries. She was responsible for overseeing human resources strategies on a global scale within this specialized division. Additionally, from 2021 to 2023, she served as director of human resources operations for the Americas at both Shiloh Industries and Dura Automotive, where she led operational initiatives across multiple countries.

Her earlier tenure at Shiloh Industries included serving as human resources director for North America from 2020 to 2023. In this capacity, she directed regional human resources functions and contributed to organizational growth during a period of significant change.

Between 2017 and 2020, Ms. Borgonovo served as human resources director for South America at Mahle, where she managed regional strategies and supported workforce development across diverse markets.

Her career at Delphi spanned several key leadership roles, including corporate human resources director from 2015 to 2017, global human resources director at Thermal Systems from 2014 to 2015, human resources manager for South America in the Packard Division in 2013, and human resources manager for Thermal South America from 2010 to 2013. Throughout her tenure at Delphi, she was recognized for her excellence in human resources, receiving the Human Resources Excellence Award in 2015 and being honored in a forum of female leadership in 2012.

Ms. Borgonovo began her professional journey as a human resources business partner at Hydro Alumínio Acro S/A from 1999 to 2010. This foundational experience provided her with deep insights into talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Her commitment to advancing women's leadership is reflected in her memberships with the Board Positioning Program and Executive Strategic Alliance LLC, both of which she has held since 2025, as well as with 50/50 Women on Boards Inc., also since 2025.

Ms. Borgonovo's academic background has been instrumental in shaping her career achievements. She earned a Master of Science in legal studies from Purdue Global in 2023, which provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks relevant to corporate governance and compliance. She also holds a specialist postgraduate degree in human resources and management development from Universidade de Sorocaba (UNISO), completed in 2003, equipping her with advanced skills in leadership development. Her foundational education includes a bachelor's degree in business administration from Faculdade Prudente de Moraes, which she received in 2000. Additionally, she holds the Purdue University Global e-Diploma certification from Purdue Global, obtained in 2023.

Throughout her journey, Ms. Borgonovo has credited her success to the unwavering support of her husband as well as the guidance of exceptional leaders who have mentored her along the way.
