Mr. Madier began his professional journey in France as a stress engineer performing structural calculations for aircraft before he transitioned to freelance engineering across Europe. After immigrating to Canada two decades ago, he continued his work as an independent consultant specializing in numerical simulations for leading organizations such as Bombardier, Pratt & Whitney Canada and BETA Technologies.

In 2016, Mr. Madier formalized his commitment to knowledge sharing by authoring "Practical Finite Element Analysis for Mechanical Engineers," published by FEA Academy in 2020.
