From 2020 to 2022, Mr. Pineiro gained valuable experience as the head of brand marketing and communications at Badoo and Bumble, also in London. In this role, he helped shape the narrative of these prominent dating platforms, implementing campaigns that emphasized authenticity and user empowerment. Additionally, from 2019 to 2022, Mr. Pineiro was the head of communications at Badoo, where he directed media relations and public affairs efforts that contributed to significant growth in user engagement.

Mr. Pineiro's earlier experience includes serving as the brand's public relations director for Netflix from 2017 to 2019, where he collaborated to launch original content campaigns across global markets and foster relationships with media partners. From 2016 to 2018, he thrived as the head of consumer and brand at 3 Monkeys | Zeno, assembling and leading teams responsible for delivering award-winning campaigns for major consumer brands. Notably, Mr. Pineiro's tenure as the managing director of brands at Grayling in London between 2012 and 2016 tasked him with oversight of strategic direction for high-profile clients, and he concurrently held the title of creative director from 2014 to 2016.

Between 2007 and 2012, Mr. Pineiro was the director at 3 Monkeys Communications, where he managed client portfolios across various sectors and introduced innovative communication strategies. Additionally, Mr. Pineiro earned foundational experience in consultancy with Fishburn Hedges from 2006 to 2007, after working as a public relations manager at Age Concern Enterprises Ltd. from 2003 to 2006.

An enduring commitment to continuous learning prompted Mr. Pineiro to complete a Bachelor of Arts in French and linguistics from the University of Manchester, from which he graduated with honors in 1996. After graduation, he initially pursued a traditional path with a trainee role at Barclays Bank but soon realized his natural talents more closely aligned with public relations.
