Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Mazzoni is a distinguished operations and technology leader whose military service and consulting career reflect a combination of strategic execution, service-driven leadership, and technical expertise. In this role, Mr. Mazzoni has successfully built high-performing delivery teams that help organizations realize value from technology in a highly competitive environment.

Prior to co-founding XA³, Mr. Mazzoni served as the director of client operations at a boutique technology consulting firm where he led client success and service delivery for complex engagements. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mazzoni held roles at ASML, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing technology.
