After relocating to New Mexico, Ms. Williams collaborated with her mother, a custom home designer, on several projects. The onset of the pandemic in 2020 led to cancellations of these endeavors, providing Ms. Williams with an opportunity for reflection. Time spent on her family's vineyard inspired a passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable experiences for others. This realization ultimately led to an unexpected partnership with an individual interested in opening a restaurant, resulting in the founding of Forty Nine Forty. The name was chosen for its symmetry and connection to the restaurant's address.

Ms. Williams credits much of her professional achievement to a deep compassion for people, emphasizing a desire for everyone to feel valued and well cared for, a philosophy that has shaped both her management style and the welcoming atmosphere of her restaurant.

Outside of her professional commitments, Ms. Williams enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her son and fiancé.
