POUND, WI, February 12, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Jacquelyne J. Yoap with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Mrs. Yoap celebrates many years' experience in her professional network and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Yoap has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to her profession, most recently serving as the owner of Worldwide Designs for 50 years. In this capacity, she has established herself as an expert in real estate brokerage, home shows, design shows and the integration of antiques with modern design. Her leadership at Worldwide Designs is marked by a reputation for curating and designing rooms for high-profile clients, including celebrities featured on home shows. Before her tenure at Worldwide Designs, Ms. Yoap built a distinguished career as a real estate broker beginning in 1962. She was a trailblazer in Northern Wisconsin, where she was one of three ladies practicing in the area.

Ms. Yoap's innovative approach to staging and merchandising properties set new standards in the industry. She traveled extensively to attend home and design shows across the country, conducting seminars on integrating antiques with contemporary décor. She owned a city block store, featuring European antiques along with art she collected on her many worldwide trips. About 15 years ago, she expanded the business to include woman's fashions and formed a limited liability company with her eldest daughter and granddaughter before transferring ownership to them.

Additionally, Ms. Yoap established an auction gallery and formed another limited liability company with three other children. They launched an auction farm with a huge arena and conducted sales of cattle, machinery and other products. This is now owned by her oldest son.

With her partner, Ms. Yoap purchased 14 acres in the city of Oconto, Wisconsin, with 600 feet along the river, which includes a trailer park, a dozen storage units, 3 large sheds, and a four-unit apartment house. They have built two new modern garages and are in the process of building a new home and office on the property.

In the last ten years, she has been involved in purchasing many properties with buildings, using her design skills, remodeling and building on and then selling them.

Ms. Yoap's educational background laid a strong foundation for her multifaceted career. She attended Catholic school to earn her high school diploma and completed coursework in real estate, designing and auctioneering.

Ms. Yoap garnered several certifications including three state licenses for real estate, auctioneering and design.

Ms. Yoap has traveled to most of the world, including China, Siberia, Russia, Europe, South America, Africa, Australia and New Zealand and most of the states, including Alaska and Hawaii. She has made several trips to mainland China, designing artworks. She had the opportunity to live with the people in their homes as she was designing in the factories in the small villages. One design she is most proud of is a black lacquer and mother of pearl floor screen of Pandas, many different wall plaques, and a rosewood loveseat carved with the Italian love knot. During her travels around the world, Ms. Yoap would seek out designers and craftsmen to purchase items for her business.

Her lifetime appreciation of books came to life when she became published in five design books, one in which the designer of Trump Tower is featured, the Encyclopedia Intelligencia by Baron, the Baron's 500 and a few others.

Ms. Yoap has been a member of many organizations and continues to support nonprofit organizations, such as St. Jude's Hospital, the Elks, the American Red Cross, wildlife organizations, Salvation Army, Wounded Warriors and others including local police, fire and rescue squads.

Notably, her early exposure to business began in eighth grade, when she worked alongside her father, a commercial auctioneer, preparing stores for liquidation sales and gaining valuable merchandising experience.

This inspired her lifelong dedication to excellence and innovation within her chosen fields.

Attributing much of her success to her faith, lessons learned from her father about honesty and integrity, and so many others in many parts of the world that she learned from and has guided Ms. Yoap through various challenges.

She remains committed to personal growth and lifelong learning, continuing to work on various projects while working on her biography.

She encourages others entering the industry to maintain energy and focus while embracing opportunities for learning through travel and education.
