Among other notable roles, Ms. Falcon-Rosa spent the early part of 2021 at F5 Inc. as a senior program manager for technology services compliance, where she led teams to achieve regulatory alignment and process improvements. Her tenure at F5 Inc. began in 2019 as a senior technology services analyst, a position she held until 2021.

From 2018 to 2019, Ms. Falcon-Rosa served as the assistant vice president of technology business controls at State Street Corporation, a Boston-based leader in investment platforms, data, expertise, and solutions. Between 2015 and 2018, she served as an information technology compliance manager at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, a publicly traded provider of child care and preschool services. Ms. Falcon-Rosa's career in compliance began as a Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance analyst at Triple-S Salud from 2012 to 2015. Ms. Falcon-Rosa is also a principal at B.E.A.M.
