HOUSTON, TX, February 19, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gopaal Seyn has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Gopaal Seyn is an internationally recognized artist, educator and cultural ambassador whose career spans more than 25 years of creative leadership and community impact. He currently serves as chief curator and lead artist at Redbluearts, the multidisciplinary art academy and gallery he founded in 2000. Through his work, Mr. Seyn has become widely respected for his contributions to art education, gallery curation and the development of innovative in-person and virtual learning programs.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Seyn has mentored more than 10,000 students across the United States and Canada, including over 3,500 during the COVID-19 pandemic through expanded online instruction. His academy, launched in 2020 as a dedicated gallery and learning space, offers daily classes and virtual programs for children and adults alike. Many of his long-term students have studied with him for over a decade and have gone on to attend Ivy League schools & esteemed colleges pursuing careers in medicine, engineering and finance. Throughout their academic journeys, art has remained an integral foundation—providing grounding, balance and creative clarity alongside their professional pursuits.

Mr. Seyn's teaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, punctuality and perseverance, values he integrates alongside artistic technique. In addition to traditional instruction, he conducts therapeutic art workshops for cancer patients, firmly believing in art's power to heal, uplift and restore confidence.

Before transitioning fully into art education, Mr. Seyn served for more than 20 years as a regional manager with InterContinental Hotels Group, where he developed strong leadership and mentorship skills. His journey into teaching began after recognizing that creatively gifted children often struggled with self-confidence. He initially taught at neighborhood clubs and later expanded into schools and retail environments, including Michaels, eventually building a thriving academy with the support of his wife.

Born in Calcutta, India, Mr. Seyn earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calcutta in 1986, followed by a diploma in hotel management from the Institute of Hotel Management in 1989. He later received a Master of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University in 1991 on a full academic scholarship.

Among his most notable artistic achievements is World Music, a 15-foot painting selected by the City of Houston and permanently installed at Terminal D of George Bush Intercontinental Airport—an honor granted to only a select group of artists. He was also chosen by the Bush family to create a portrait of President George W. Bush, received by Neil Bush. Two portraits of Mahatma Gandhi created by Mr. Seyn are permanently displayed at the Consulate of India and were inaugurated by the Indian Ambassador. Additional commissions include a major work for Bob McNair in support of the Houston Texans Foundation and a large-scale painting presented to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the Howdy Modi event in Houston.

In 2018, Mr. Seyn was honored as a distinguished guest of the Houston Trade Mission to India under Mayor Sylvester Turner. During this international cultural exchange, he conducted live painting demonstrations, with his featured artwork later exhibited in prestigious Indian galleries—further affirming his role as a global artistic ambassador bridging cultures through creative expression.

His contributions have been recognized through awards from the Vice President of India and the Institute of Hotel Management. In acknowledgment of his cultural impact, the mayor of Houston appointed Mr. Seyn as a brand ambassador for the city.

Civically engaged, Mr. Seyn volunteers with various Indian organizations and regularly donates proceeds from live painting performances to charitable causes through auctions and fundraising events. He is also a member of the U.S. Chess Federation.

Central to Mr. Seyn's artistic identity is Seynism, his signature philosophy rooted in gratitude and spiritual awareness. Seynism views art not merely as imagery, but as vibration—transforming struggle into light and celebrating abundance through color, movement and form. Each canvas becomes a prayer, each pigment a hymn, and each composition a reminder of grace.

Deeply inspired by his wife, Lali—an accomplished entrepreneur and discerning art connoisseur—Mr. Seyn continues to expand his vision. His future goals include delivering TED Talks on art and personal growth, hosting exhibitions in major cities such as New York, and showcasing his work at internationally renowned auction houses including Christie's and Sotheby's.

Guided by his personal motto, "Seynism — Where Blessings Become Art," Gopaal Seyn remains dedicated to nurturing creativity, fostering confidence, and ensuring that no talent goes unexpressed or unnoticed under his guidance.
