He also modernized treasury forecasting, accelerated month-end close cycles, and implemented PE-grade reporting standards to support scalable growth.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Saad held financial leadership roles at RJ Logistics, Modernistic Cleaning and Restoration, and Detroit Land Bank Authority, where he strengthened internal controls, improved cash flow performance, and enhanced financial reporting accuracy. He began his career in accounting roles that built the technical foundation for his expertise in financial oversight, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Mr. Saad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Baker College in 2012 and a Master of Business Administration in leadership studies from the Baker Center for Graduate Studies in 2015.
