Prior to his current role, Mr. Warman built a robust foundation in defense contracting. As a weapons systems simulation expert for United States Department of Defense contractors, he played a pivotal role in advancing pilot training simulation technology for F-15 and F-16 strike fighter pilots. His efforts focused on creating realistic training environments to ensure pilots were thoroughly prepared for combat missions. The effectiveness of these simulators was affirmed by pilots returning from active duty, who praised the systems as invaluable tools for mission readiness. His expertise in this area stands as one of his most notable achievements.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Warman worked as a Systems Engineer for United States Department of Defense contractors. In this position, he contributed to major initiatives involving nuclear missile defense, naval air defense for the United States Armed Forces. His responsibilities required improvisation and innovation, skills that would later define his approach to complex problem-solving and system analysis.

Mr. Warman's professional journey began with his enlistment in the United States Air Force. Motivated by a desire to serve his country while gaining technical skills, he found the military environment provided both personal growth and a foundation for future academic pursuits.

His educational background includes a Master of Science in Management Information Systems Security from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colorado, earned in 2010. Mr. Warman also holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Mr. Warman is certified as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute from 2011 to 2026. He is also an active member of the Project Management Institute, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development and industry engagement.

In recognition of his civic commitment, he received the Humanitarian Service Medal Award in 1985 and the Meritorious Service Medal in 1990. Throughout his career, Mr. Warman has attributed his success to the discipline instilled during his military service, which motivated him to pursue higher education despite financial challenges.
