As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Anwar's professional journey is marked by a distinguished record of leadership and innovation in the telecommunications and consumer electronics industries. As a customer experience and sales transformation leader at Spectrum since 2020, he manages cross-functional teams across sales, training, analytics and operations. His responsibilities include meeting key performance indicators, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless execution across corporate and field teams. In this capacity, Mr. Anwar has demonstrated expertise in building relationships, resolving operational issues, leading teams and transforming multichannel sales strategies.

From 2020 to 2025, Mr. Anwar served as the director of sales and strategic partnerships at Spectrum, he currently holds a leadership position within Spectrum in 2026. During this period, he was most proud of building a national channel sales portfolio from the ground up. Drawing on his extensive experience with Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile, he designed a scalable go-to-market model that began in two pilot markets and expanded into more than 15 U.S. states. Under his leadership, the business achieved over 500% year-over-year growth in incremental annual sales. He developed the full operating model – including territory planning, quota structures, partner enablement, key performance indicator frameworks and service-level agreement governance – to ensure consistent execution at scale. This initiative not only improved partner performance and increased retention but also established a foundation for continued expansion beyond his direct involvement.

Between 2021 and 2023, Mr. Anwar served as the senior manager of sales channel strategy at Spectrum, where he was instrumental in optimizing retail and partner ecosystems and implementing performance governance frameworks that improved revenue and partner productivity. Additionally, as a senior consumer experience assurance analyst at Spectrum from 2020 to 2021, he focused on refining customer experience processes to drive measurable improvements across the organization.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Anwar served as the lead for North American consumer experience at Philips Personal Health from 2016 to 2020. In this role, he oversaw the entire North American portfolio for customer experience lifecycle management – from pre-launch to post-launch initiatives – across all product categories. His leadership contributed to more than $14 million in customer lifetime value growth by developing a global customer experience strategy. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Anwar served as a regional manager at T-Mobile USA Inc., where he led field sales operations in the telecommunications sector across multi-state markets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Anwar served as the business manager for retail sales and business-to-business operations at AT&T from 2007 to 2014. He delivered consistent results as a top-ranked sales producer and played a pivotal role in improving regional performance. His professional foundation was established as a retail product experience manager at Verizon Wireless from 2003 to 2007, during which he gained valuable insights into brand management, compliance and client services. With more than two decades of experience in the field, Mr. Anwar has been recognized for bridging strategy and execution, transforming complex organizations into scalable revenue engines while consistently delivering high-impact results.

Mr. Anwar's academic achievements have been integral to his professional success. He earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Sacred Heart University in 2021. He also holds a graduate certificate in digital marketing from Sacred Heart University, awarded in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in telecommunications with a minor in business from St. John's University in Queens, New York, completed in 2009. Moreover, he holds a graduate certificate in digital marketing from Sacred Heart University, a Lean Six Sigma certification from Philips, and a T-Mobile Trainer University-certified designation. These credentials have equipped him with advanced skills in digital marketing strategy, process optimization and team development, directly contributing to his ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives.

Mr. Anwar attributes much of his success to discipline, resilience and a strong sense of responsibility instilled during his upbringing after emigrating from Bangladesh to the United States. Growing up in New York City, in a family that rebuilt its life from modest beginnings, shaped his work ethic and leadership approach. The consistency of his mother and the determination of his father – a former army officer who sacrificed everything for a better future, and support of his wife – remain central influences on his character. Professionally drawn to telecommunications for its intersection of strategy, execution and real-world impact, Mr. Anwar has thrived by solving complex problems and building scalable business models that drive growth. His passion lies in connecting retail operations, channel partnerships and customer experience, where he has consistently delivered transformative results.

Mr. Anwar is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the American Marketing Association, Women in Cable Telecommunications, the Autism Society of America, the American South Asian Network and the National Association of Asian American Professionals. His dedication extends beyond the workplace through civic involvement as a mentee with Spectrum Multicultural BRG Mentorship since 2023.

To attest to his success, Mr. Anwar has earned several accolades. In 2023, he received the Spectrum Monica Garza Multicultural Mentorship Award. Previously, he was a Philips Excellence Finalist in North America in 2018 and 2019, and an AT&T Summit Quarterly Award winner in 2013 and 2014. Mr. Anwar also earned the Top Gun Award from AT&T Mobility in 2011.

Outside his professional life, Mr. Anwar enjoys spending time with his two children and family, as well as watching movies, cooking, traveling and dining.
