During this period, she also contributed as the director of skill development at Minimum Data Set (MDS) Consultants from 2017 to 2022, where she was pivotal in quality improvement initiatives and presented at professional conferences, with a primary focus on geriatric psychiatry.

Concurrently, Dr. Carini held the role of assistant director of clinical services at MDS for four years, further honing her leadership skills and expanding her impact on clinical practice standards. Knowing what she wanted to do with her life from an early age, she completed a bachelor's degree in registered nursing at Utica University in 2019. Her robust education has enabled her to provide advanced psychiatric care and contribute meaningfully to program development and crisis intervention strategies.

To augment her qualifications, Dr. Carini is licensed as a nurse practitioner in the State of New York, allowing her to offer telehealth services statewide and extend her reach to patients who may not otherwise have access to specialized psychiatric care.
