With more than 15 years at the organization, she leads enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy across multi-million-dollar spend portfolios spanning information technology, marketing, professional services, human resources and engineering. Her work includes advancing digital procurement transformation initiatives, including SAP ECC to SAP Ariba migration efforts and contract lifecycle management optimization.

In her current role, Ms. Simmons develops and executes category strategies aligned to corporate financial and operational priorities. She partners cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Technology and executive leadership to strengthen governance, enhance value delivery and drive enterprise procurement performance. She also oversees supplier segmentation and risk monitoring while championing stakeholder engagement and organizational change management initiatives that support sustainable business outcomes.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Simmons served as Lead Supply Management from 2021 to 2022, where she focused on optimizing supplier relationships and strengthening performance frameworks. As Senior Supply Manager in the preceding years, she played a key role in contract negotiations and supplier risk management initiatives. Earlier in her tenure, she served as a Supply Base Analyst from 2017 to 2019, conducting data-driven analysis of supplier performance metrics and supporting cross-functional operational improvements. She began her journey at Harley-Davidson in supply chain and supplier coordination roles following an accounting internship with Community Shares of Greater Milwaukee.

Among her notable achievements, Ms. Simmons led the transformation of Harley-Davidson's paint delivery process, improving on-time delivery performance from 75 percent to 98 percent, the highest level recorded in company history - through supplier segmentation, cross-supplier collaboration and the application of Six Sigma methodology. This accomplishment contributed to significant operational improvements and enterprise recognition.

Recognized for her expertise in indirect procurement strategy and governance, Ms. Simmons' experience spans enterprise procurement transformation, SAP/Ariba enablement, strategic sourcing, category management, contract lifecycle management and supplier risk and performance management. She is also known for her strength in cross-functional stakeholder engagement, procurement digitalization, process optimization and executive-level financial alignment.

Academically, Ms. Simmons holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Marquette University (2009). She also maintains membership in both the Project Management Institute and Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM). As the first member of her family to attend college, she balanced multiple jobs, including overnight security shifts, campus employment and banquet service—to support her education.

Ms. Simmons also holds professional certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and Six Sigma Green Belt. She credits her success to the guidance of exceptional mentors and supportive leaders who encouraged continuous growth and learning.
