During that time, she expanded the firm's capabilities beyond traditional HR and administrative recruiting to include broader business operations functions, strengthening the firm's market presence and service offerings.

From 2021 to 2022, she held the role of Director of Human Resources and Administrative Search, where she helped formalize the department's structure and processes, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery to clients.

Ms. Sammataro began her tenure at Turn2Partners as a Senior Associate, where she quickly distinguished herself through strong relationship building and strategic execution. She is fluent in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish, and credits her multicultural background with shaping her inclusive leadership style. She also founded the firm's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging task force, reinforcing her commitment to people-centered leadership.

Prior to joining Turn2Partners, Ms. Sammataro served as National Director of Partnerships and Subject Matter Expert for Sales Training and Development at HUNGRY from 2020 to 2021. Initially joining the organization in 2017 as Director of Corporate Partnerships, she led strategic growth initiatives and strengthened internal systems supporting onboarding, tracking, and operational planning.

Committed to continuous growth and professional excellence, Ms. Sammataro earned a Master of Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Events Management from George Mason University, earned in 2011. Her academic background complements her hands-on leadership experience and strengthens her strategic approach to talent, operations, and organizational development.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Sammataro is actively involved with She Believes in Me, a nonprofit organization supporting underprivileged children and families throughout Northern Virginia.
