Earlier in his career, Mr. Vasiljevic was a professional basketball player with MZT Skopje in Macedonia from 2011 to 2016. While his athletic tenure was cut short, it was marked by extraordinary resilience. After being advised by medical professionals across Macedonia, Serbia, and Montenegro that a knee injury sustained in his third season was career-ending — and with approximately one-third of the cartilage in his knee remaining — Mr. Vasiljevic defied all expectations by undergoing intensive training and returning to competitive play.

Although Mr. Vasiljevic was signed for two additional seasons following his recovery, he adapted to new physical limitations while contributing to his team's success, including winning the Macedonian League championship in 2016. This experience underscored his determination and ability to overcome adversity — qualities that continue to guide his approach to leadership in business.

Academically, Mr. Vasiljevic attended a bachelor's program in economics and political science from Kenyon College in Ohio, which has been pivotal in equipping him with the analytical skills and strategic insight needed in complex business environments. Also an accomplished collegiate athlete, he received an All-NCAC honorable mention from the North Coast Athletic Conference Basketball in 2011. Excelling in his native Macedonia, he was also selected to represent the nation's under-18 and under-20 basketball teams.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Vasiljevic has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement and philanthropy, including annual donations to the Tim Tebow Foundation and the PreBorn mission.
