This extraordinary achievement earned her the Mexican Consulate's 2024 Award for Women Entrepreneurs Abroad, reflecting her resilience, initiative, and entrepreneurial vision.

In 2022, Dr. Franco joined the Pulaski County Special School District as a Spanish teacher, furthering her mission to foster bilingual education and support students from diverse backgrounds. In this role, she teaches Spanish across multiple proficiency levels, advocates for inclusive practices, and facilitates effective communication among parents, students, and staff, ensuring equitable access to language education for all learners.

Prior to relocating from Mexico, Dr. Franco held a distinguished series of academic positions. In 2014, she worked as a university professor at the Universidad del Valle de México, teaching marketing, business administration, international trade, franchising, tourism, and other subjects both in person and online, where she was recognized for her excellence in online teaching in October 2017. She also contributed as an academic specialist in English language learning and served as online academic manager at Universidad Insurgentes, where she helped launch online programs for executive students, recruited professors, and oversaw multiple academic modalities and initiatives.

Driven by academic excellence, Dr. Franco earned a Master of Business Administration from Universidad TecMilenio in 2014 and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation, with a concentration in Marketing, from Instituto de Estudios Universitarios de Puebla in 2019. Inspired by her experience as a mother operating a daycare, Es-Kool, for children aged six months to five years, she developed a lifelong passion for language education, guiding her toward multilingual services.

Dr. Franco has earned numerous professional credentials, including Advanced Placement Spanish Language and Culture Certification from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a K–12 Teacher License from the Arkansas Department of Education, and a Bilingual Interpreter Credential in Education from the University of Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (2021). She also holds a Parent Engagement Certificate from HarvardX (2019), CENNI Certification from Secretaría de Educación Pública, and *TOEIC Certification, among others, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional growth.

She attributes her success to resilience, a willingness to embrace challenges, persistence in self-promotion, and continuous networking.
