ROSELLE, NJ, March 03, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Regina Robinson, M.Ed., M.S., QPA, SFO, has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

With more than twenty-five years of experience spanning Fortune 500 corporations, public education systems, and advisory leadership, Ms. Robinson is widely regarded for her ability to stabilize complex organizations during periods of multi-million-dollar fiscal and operational distress. She is best known for her tenure as Chief Financial Officer and School Business Administrator for Jersey City Public Schools, where she oversaw finance and operations for a $1.0 billion budget supporting more than 6,000 employees and 14,000 covered lives.

During a period of statewide instability in New Jersey's public employee health benefit systems, Ms. Robinson played a central role in leading the district's transition to a self-funded medical and enhanced prescription plan. This initiative protected employees from unprecedented premium increases, stabilized long-term healthcare costs, and became a recognized model for proactive benefits reform amid an insurmountable fiscal crisis. Her leadership contributed to the avoidance of large-scale layoffs while navigating sustained budgetary pressure for several years.

In addition to her public-sector leadership, Ms. Robinson is the founder and chief executive officer of Decennium Management Group, where she provides strategic financial and operational advisory services to business entities, nonprofit organizations, and mission-driven enterprises. Her work focuses on governance, fiscal sustainability, operational compliance, and organizational restructuring.

Expanding her impact in healthcare and workforce sustainability, Ms. Robinson currently serves as Vice President of Public Sector Benefits & Insurance and as a Licensed Producer with CannaCoverage, supporting employers and public-sector organizations in modernizing benefit design through alternative therapeutic solutions, including medical cannabis-based therapeutic benefits, ketamine-assisted therapy, and innovative behavioral health strategies. Her work bridges fiscal stewardship with whole-person wellness outcomes, emphasizing long-term cost mitigation and employee well-being.

Complementing her executive and advisory work, Ms. Robinson is the creator of So, You Don't Like My Shoes™, a reflective narrative platform exploring professional adversity, personal reinvention, and psychological safety through lived experience. The platform aligns with her doctoral research and thought leadership, examining how identity, power, and organizational culture shape leadership behavior and psychological safety within complex systems.

Ms. Robinson holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Accounting from Kean University, as well as a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership. She is a Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations and is conducting doctoral research on psychological safety and leadership in complex bureaucratic systems. She is also a proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women program, where she further developed expertise in executive strategy and business scaling, and is a graduate of Emerge New Jersey, a premier leadership program preparing women to lead in public life.

Beyond her professional work, Ms. Robinson is an active community advocate and serves on the executive leadership team of Sustainable Futures NJ, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education, workforce development, and economic opportunity within underserved communities. Through this work, she applies her financial, operational, and governance expertise to strengthen organizational capacity and expand access to sustainable pathways for individuals and families facing systemic barriers. She also serves on the board of The Chrysalis Initiative, an organization dedicated to "erasing the line" by addressing breast cancer disparities and advancing health equity for women of color. Outside of her formal professional responsibilities, Ms. Robinson remains actively engaged in mentorship and community-based initiatives focused on leadership development and empowerment.
