Prior to joining Prime Therapeutics LLC, Ms. Sluik served as a finance specialist with Primerica from 2024 to 2025. During her tenure, she developed expertise in financial products and client relations, further expanding her versatile skill set. In 2024, she also held the role of sales specialist at Globe Life Inc., where she was responsible for presenting insurance solutions and supporting clients in selecting appropriate coverage.

From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Sluik was program manager at CBC Suncoast New Options, Amivie. In this role, she supervised all operations and daily functions of the home, coordinated medical appointments and prescription management, managed grocery needs and household supplies, balanced paperwork and accounting tasks, supervised employees and supported their development and oversaw the well-being of 11 residents while managing more than 30 direct-report employees. Her leadership was recognized with the Integrity Award from CBC Suncoast New Options in 2024.

Between 2018 and 2021, Ms. Sluik worked as a fast-food restaurant manager for The Wendy's Company. There, she managed staff, ensured quality service standards were met, handled inventory control and scheduling and maintained operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Ms. Sluik's earlier experience includes a significant 14-year tenure with Sitel Group. For approximately two years she worked directly on the phone before transitioning primarily to back-office responsibilities such as scheduling, data entry and information processing. This period allowed her to develop a broad skill set across multiple roles within customer service. Additionally, she has provided in-home care as a private contractor in home health services. She supported elderly clients wishing to remain at home by preparing meals, maintaining household cleanliness, administering medications and assisting with daily hygiene needs.

Her educational background includes coursework at the college level that has contributed to her professional development. She earned her diploma from Branford High School in Branford in 2002. Ms. Sluik is also a licensed CPR instructor through The American National Red Cross and holds certification in CPR from the same organization. These credentials have enabled her to provide critical training and emergency response skills within her professional roles.

Ms. Sluik's achievements have been recognized through inclusion in Who's Who Among American High School Students. She attributes her success to persistence and determination, qualities that have allowed her to overcome adversity and continue advancing despite challenges. Her resilience is rooted in life experiences that have shaped her commitment to personal growth and professional excellence.

Civic engagement is also an important aspect of Ms. Sluik's life. She has contributed as a donor to Goodwill and volunteered for various programs and events with CBC Suncoast New Options, Amivie, reflecting her dedication to community service.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Sluik enjoys spending time with her family, including her three children, and activities that include cooking, baking, arts and crafts as well as needlework such as cross stitch and embroidery. Looking ahead, she aims to continue working as a pharmacy technician while building a career in medical billing and coding. She is nearing completion of her studies in this field and plans to obtain certification as both a medical biller and coder as well as a pharmacy technician. Beyond these goals, she hopes to further contribute to humanitarian efforts, demonstrating her enduring commitment to helping others and making a positive impact on those around her.
