From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Schatz held the position of chief operating officer at the retail health leader Zana, where she oversaw marketing initiatives and created engagement and retention plans to enhance the customer experience. She was also a director and coach there from 2021 to 2022, focusing on developing processes and procedures while supporting client success.

A defining moment in Ms. Schatz's career occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 when many clients faced uncertainty about sustaining their businesses. Guided by her faith, she helped them remain operational by identifying innovative revenue streams and retention strategies for staff — an accomplishment she regards with great pride despite the absence of formal accolades. From 2018 to 2020, Ms. Schatz worked as a business coach and consultant for Service Business Evolution (SBE). Coaching entrepreneurs and business leaders in the electrical and HVAC sectors with one on one coaching and consulting, workshops and conferences, she guided them through significant challenges and steered them toward sustainable growth and success.

Ms. Schatz's tenure at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, now Travel + Leisure Co., spanned nearly a decade of increasingly leadership-oriented positions. She began as a tour receptionist in 2010 before advancing to become a marketing host from 2011 to 2013. Ascending up the ladder, she then assumed the role of marketing supervisor from 2013 to 2015, followed by in-house marketing manager from 2015 to 2016 and in-house marketing supervisor from 2016 to 2018. Throughout these years, she honed the skills in sales and marketing in a corporate billion dollar company, and team leadership and customer engagement that continue to inform her approach at Efficiency Powerhouse Solutions today.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Schatz gained valuable leadership experience as the owner of Success in One from 2005 to 2010, during which she developed her first coaching program called Women of Growth for women and managed a personal training venture alongside her first husband. Concurrently, she served as a director at Sandia Learning Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, overseeing new enrollments and training and development programs for childcare providers.

Ms. Schatz began her entrepreneurial journey at age 19 when she launched her first business by joining a network marketing company as a teenage mother. After assembling and training a successful team, she left her position at Sandia Learning to pursue entrepreneurship full time and has never looked back.

Hailing from an equally robust academic background, Ms. Schatz pursued an associate degree in liberal arts and sciences from Central New Mexico Community College in 2008. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa in 2011. Driven by a desire for greater confidence and credibility, she completed a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2014. She then pursued coursework toward a doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology for two years before redirecting her focus toward her business to help small business owners with sales and marketing.

To enhance her ability to support her clients' personal growth and business development, Ms. Schatz has earned several certifications from Transformation Academy; she was certified as a master life coach in 2023, a life purpose coach and goal success life coach in 2022, and as an entrepreneur and business coach in 2021.

Reflecting on her storied journey thus far, Ms. Schatz attributes much of her success to exceptional mentors who instilled in her the value of perseverance — a principle that has guided her throughout every stage of her career.

Also committed to nurturing future leaders in her field and fostering entrepreneurial spirit within the community, Ms. Schatz serves as a volunteer coach for local young entrepreneurs.
