Between 2015 and 2018, he contributed as a cybersecurity consultant at Computer Security Group LLC, where he advised organizations on best practices for threat detection and mitigation.
Previously, Mr. Albuliwi co-founded ANRC and served as vice president from 2011 to 2015. Under his leadership, ANRC was acquired by a private equity firm. From 2009 to 2011, he was a lead cybersecurity developer at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., focusing on malware analysis and innovative solutions for emerging vulnerabilities.
Mr. Albuliwi's earlier experience includes serving as a naval officer with the United States Department of the Navy from 2003 to 2009. Before his military service, he began his career as a software engineer at Internet Marketing Group from 2001 to 2003 and as an information technology developer at UBS from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Albuliwi's academic foundation includes a Master of Science in computer science from New York University, earned in 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from New York University, completed in 2001. He also holds a patent titled "System and method for analyzing data and using analyzed data to detect cyber threats and defend against cyber threats," US-10681068-B1 and has applied for 7 new patents around a new AI model for anomaly detection in secure remote access sessions.
Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Albuliwi values family life alongside his professional pursuits. He enjoys traveling, reading, working out, staying healthy, electronics tinkering and spending time with his family. He takes particular pride in their academic achievements; his eldest child is pursuing studies in biology with aspirations for research on new medicines, while his twins consistently achieve honor roll status.
