NESCONSET, NY, March 06, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robert Krimper has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Krimper's professional journey is distinguished by a series of progressive roles in technology and scientific research, each marked by significant achievements and leadership. Since 2016, he has served as principal architect at Altice USA, where he is responsible for understanding software systems in their entirety, ensuring scalability and robustness, and evaluating emerging technologies for integration into the company's infrastructure. In this capacity, he has played a pivotal role on the Architecture Board, Systems Implementation Development Board and Technology Feasibility Board. His tenure at Altice USA is highlighted by his receipt of a patent for developing an automated data quality management solution capable of handling petabytes of incoming data—a milestone he considers his most significant professional achievement. This innovation has set new standards for data integrity within the organization and the broader industry.

Additionally, Mr. Krimper was recognized as a winner at a 2024 hackathon for building a data streaming customer phone call sentiment evaluator utilizing artificial intelligence. He is particularly proud of his ability to lead and mentor colleagues, fostering their professional growth and helping many achieve promotions. His rare combination of intellectual acumen and practical implementation skills has been lauded by executives, who have described him as someone who can transform complex ideas into actionable solutions.

From 2008 to 2016, Mr. Krimper held the position of senior software engineering manager at Cablevision. In this role, he oversaw teams responsible for developing large-scale software solutions, guiding projects from conception through deployment while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. His leadership contributed to the advancement of innovative technologies within the company.

Prior to his tenure at Cablevision, Mr. Krimper was senior software engineer and technical lead at Ambassador Book Stores from 2007 to 2008. There, he directed software development initiatives that improved operational efficiency and enhanced customer experiences. Between 2002 and 2007, he served as senior information systems lead developer at InfoHighway Communications, where he managed critical projects involving system integration and process automation. His work facilitated seamless communication across platforms and improved service delivery.

From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Krimper worked as a programmer at Consul-Vation, contributing to the design and implementation of custom software solutions tailored to client needs. His early career included a role as research associate II at Emisphere Technologies from 2000 to 2001, where he supported scientific investigations through data analysis and laboratory management.

Mr. Krimper's foundational experience was shaped at Cold Spring Harbor Labs from 1998 to 2000, where he served as research scientist and laboratory manager. During this period, he learned from renowned scientists such as Dr. Watson, Nobel laureate credited with discovering the structure of DNA in the early 1950s, formative encounters that left a lasting impression on him. Years later, he was invited back to Cold Spring Harbor Labs to assist with a project involving CRISPR technology aimed at identifying genetic predispositions for various health conditions using advanced big data analytics. His expertise in managing large datasets and developing sophisticated software systems proved invaluable in building tools to analyze decades' worth of amniotic DNA samples for correlations with diseases such as autism.

Mr. Krimper's academic background laid the groundwork for his multifaceted career. He earned a Master of Science in biochemistry from the University of San Francisco in 1998 after completing a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at Stony Brook University in 1994. While pursuing his doctorate in biochemistry following his master's degree, he secured a position as research scientist at Cold Spring Harbor Labs, collaborating with Shiv Grewal on groundbreaking research into histone deacetylases, epigenetic inheritance and gene expression regulation—work that contributed to advances in cancer biology. Although family responsibilities led him to pause his doctoral studies in favor of more financially sustainable employment, the analytical rigor and scientific curiosity developed during his academic training have continued to inform his approach to problem-solving throughout his career.

Beyond his technical pursuits, Mr. Krimper is deeply engaged in civic activities and creative endeavors. He has served as coach for his son's sporting teams, demonstrating commitment to youth development and community involvement. As a musician with a lifelong passion for music, he plays guitar and sings in several bands—including Eye Candy—performing regularly across Long Island and New York State. His musical journey spans over three decades and includes performances at venues such as Oyster Fest in Oyster Bay before audiences numbering in the thousands. Mr. Krimper also makes time to entertain at assisted living centers and community events.

Mr. Krimper's contributions have been recognized through multiple honors, including a merit scholarship award from the University of San Francisco and several employee of the month accolades during his professional tenure. He attributes much of his success to a mindset instilled by his mother: focusing thoughts and efforts toward achieving meaningful goals. This philosophy has enabled him to excel across diverse environments, from scientific laboratories to corporate boardrooms, and remains central to his ongoing professional development.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Krimper is dedicated to both family life—raising one daughter and one son—and ongoing personal growth. Looking ahead, he continues to explore new opportunities within the research scientist community while seeking ways to leverage his extensive experience in software engineering toward addressing larger societal challenges.
