Mr. Lantz has established a distinguished career defined by leadership, innovation and a commitment to people-first values. As chief executive officer and co-founder of Tendeza Moda Inc. since 2024, he has worked alongside Angela Harris to build a portfolio of ecommerce brands focused on consumer lifestyle, specifically in the demi-fine segment of jewelry and fashion accessories. Inspired by his mother's dedication to health care, he spent the majority of his professional life in health care and healthcare technology before founding Tendeza Moda Inc. Following the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, he and Ms. Harris sought to create a business that would allow for direct community impact and meaningful customer engagement. From 2017 to 2019, he also led major initiatives to improve company operational performance and profitability, as well as the successful launch of a third business unit focused on deploying real world data and evidence to improve pharmaceutical cost and efficacy.
Between 2012 and 2014, Mr. Lantz was managing director of Supply Chain Academy at Health Care Business Insights in Greater Milwaukee. He previously founded Pantheon Business Council in 2008, serving as managing director until 2012 and providing consulting services focused on business transformation. His leadership style centers on nurturing relationships with employees, investors and partners—an approach that has consistently resulted in significant organizational success and earnings growth.
His academic foundation includes earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. Mr. Lantz was an active member of several industry organizations, including the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He has also been a member of the board of directors and at First Stage since 2019, where he currently serves on the board executive committee as vice-president of governance. As the founder of the Tendeza Moda's Reach for the Stars community impact program, he leads efforts that support not-for-profit organizations working in the areas of healthcare, education, poverty, and domestic violence. Under his guidance the program's philanthropic efforts have reached both the local community and extended beyond to include national organizations such as Blood Cancer United and Playworks. Since 2010, he has frequently served as a volunteer coach for youth soccer and hockey, as well as coaching at the high school level in track & field. He currently volunteers as a youth hockey coach at Milwaukee Winter Club.

Mr. Lantz's professional excellence has been recognized through several performance awards across various companies as well as honors from Alpha Kappa Psi. The principles instilled by his mother—love, sacrifice and an unwavering work ethic—have guided his professional journey. Mr. Lantz credits his achievements to these values as well as his ability to transform adversity into motivation, the influence of mentors and supporters throughout his life and a commitment to continuous learning.
Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Lantz is dedicated to family life and enjoys playing soccer and hockey, performing music on various instruments, coaching his son's soccer and hockey teams, supporting his daughters' activities, attending theater performances and working on the restoration and renovation of his home - a historical property built by the first employer of his great-grandfathers when they immigrated from Europe in the early 1900's. Looking ahead, he plans to launch exclusive jewelry collections designed with Angela Harris under Starlette while introducing a new brand focused on men's fashion accessories.
