Mr. Pasha currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Archaea Energy, a bp company, which is the largest renewable natural gas (RNG) producer in the United States. In his role, Mr. Pasha provides financial leadership for the organization, overseeing capital investments, financial reporting and governance, operational performance and long-term strategic planning supporting the company's continued growth and expansion within the renewable natural gas energy sector.

Prior to joining Archaea Energy, Mr. Pasha held several senior leadership roles within bp. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Head of Financial Planning and Performance Management for the Gulf of America, Canada, and Latin America upstream businesses. In this position, he oversaw regional development planning, financial reporting, performance and capital budgeting across a multi-regional portfolio.

Earlier, from 2017 to 2021, Mr. Pasha served as Finance Director within bp's Global Projects Organization in Houston. In this role, he advised executive leadership on investment decisions, commercial risk and portfolio competitiveness while strengthening financial discipline across complex, large-scale energy developments. Prior to this role, from 2015 to 2017, he was Head of Finance for bp Latin America, based in Houston, directing commercial operations and supporting strategic business development initiatives across Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina.

Mr. Pasha served as Head of Finance for bp Oman from 2013 to 2015 in Muscat, Oman. During this time, he managed bp's largest onshore gas development project, guiding it from early sanction through startup. He served on the Joint Management Committee alongside senior Oman government officials and chaired the Operating and Finance subcommittees. Under his leadership, the Oman organization expanded significantly while also prioritizing the development of local Omani talent.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pasha held several positions supporting bp's operations in the Middle East and Egypt. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Head of Planning and Performance for bp Middle East and 2004 to 2010 as a Senior Financial Analyst in Cairo, Egypt.

He began his professional career with bp in Houston, Texas, from 2001 to 2004, after being recruited directly from university to support offshore oil and gas operations in the Gulf of Mexico as a Financial Analyst.

In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Mr. Pasha serves on several corporate boards. He is currently a Board Director of Archaea Energy and of bp Trinidad and Tobago and bp Latin America. Earlier, he served as Board Director and Treasurer of The American International School of Muscat (TAISM) from 2013 to 2015.

Mr. Pasha earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington in 2001. He attributes much of his professional success to the mentorship and leadership training he received throughout his career and the opportunity to undertake diverse challenges across countries and cultures. Mr. Pasha also credits his parents' influence for instilling the values of hard work and honesty that have guided his ethical framework throughout his career.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Pasha remains actively engaged in supporting charitable causes and community initiatives focused on education and social development in Pakistan. He enjoys playing cricket, golf and following Indiana University basketball and football. Mr. Pasha is married to Hina Pasha, and together they have two daughters, Zaynah Pasha and Zaha Pasha.
