From 2008 to 2014, Ms. Rhodes held the position of assistant barn manager at Fox Farms, where she was responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the well-being of 20 horses under her care. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into business management and client relations, laying much of the groundwork for her later entrepreneurial ventures.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rhodes has achieved significant milestones that underscore her expertise and passion for equestrianism. She is particularly proud of stepping out from behind the shadows of others to establish her own business — a move she considers her greatest professional achievement thus far. Under the tutelage of internationally renowned trainers such as Erik Herbermann and Gerd Heuschmann she has further enhanced her riding and training capabilities. Notably, she guided one of her thoroughbred horses to earn fourth place at the Horse of the Year Awards in 2018, a remarkable accomplishment given the horse's modest beginnings.

Alongside her entrepreneurial and consulting endeavors, Ms. Rhodes is an active member of several industry organizations including the United States Equestrian Federation, the United States Dressage Federation and the North Carolina Dressage and Combined Training Association.

Before venturing onto her equestrian path, Ms. Rhodes pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in equine business management from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in 2005. She is also certified as a reiki master teacher, which complements her coaching practice by enabling her to incorporate energy work into her client sessions.

Reflecting on her storied achievements thus far, Ms. Rhodes credits her perseverance and dedication to creating space for continued personal growth as central to her success. Her journey began at an early age; she started riding horses at just 2 years old and received her first horse at 4. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Rhodes has been civically engaged as a board member for Two Hearts One Language — an equine facilitated learning program that empowers children and families to expand their confidence and find healing through therapeutic riding and horsemanship — and supports philanthropic causes through donations to her favorite charities.

Determined to further her impact in the coming years, Ms. Rhodes aims to coach equestrian retreats for women globally with an emphasis on self-care alongside their horses and plans to launch a trail riding business in the Altoona/Cresson area of Pennsylvania.
