FENTON, MI, March 18, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Justin M. Hodge has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Hodge has established a successful career in the manufacturing industry, marked by progressive leadership roles and a commitment to servant leadership, visionary thinking and empathetic listening over more than 25 years. Since 2021, he has served as the president and chief executive officer of ASM Holdco Inc. in Battle Creek, Michigan, overseeing global human resources directors, chief financial officers, and chief operating officers in China and the U.S. His responsibilities encompass managing sales, finance and operations, conducting weekly staff meetings to review key performance indicators and evaluating metrics across all facilities. Mr. Hodge is deeply involved in assessing performance against targets, identifying ownership for action plans and maintaining communication with the board of directors regarding mergers, acquisitions and business stability.

In his current capacity, Mr. Hodge analyzes financial performance, including earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization projections. He meets regularly with key personnel and bankers to ensure lines of credit and creditworthiness align with organizational requirements. His oversight extends to tracking receivables and payables, monitoring the silver market to inform purchasing decisions, and fostering a well-rounded approach to leadership through team reading initiatives. Mr. Hodge is also adept at evaluating business positions, anticipating external geopolitical impacts and developing contingency plans to adapt to changing circumstances.

Having joined ASM Holdco Inc. in 2019, Mr. Hodge served as the firm's chief operating officer for two years, where he played a pivotal role in shaping operational strategies and supporting the company's expansion efforts. Recruited from DWM Holdings Inc. in Warren, Michigan, he held the same position at ASM Holdco Inc. from 2016 to 2019, contributing significantly to operational excellence and organizational growth.

Between 2010 and 2016, Mr. Hodge advanced through several roles at Constellium in Van Buren, Michigan, including APU manager, material manager, account manager and program manager. During his tenure at Constellium, a global leader in the design and manufacture of aluminum, he faced a defining moment when the plant manager unexpectedly resigned amid an imminent shutdown announcement affecting General Motors, Chrysler, and BMW. As the crisis manager from 2013 to 2014, Mr. Hodge stabilized the plant during a period when the company risked losing production of 6,000 vehicles per week, with potential liquidated damages of $6,000 to $10,000 per vehicle. Through servant leadership, factory assistance initiatives, new capacity planning and equipment upgrades, he preserved operations across multiple facilities without any line-down events or shutdowns. Under Mr. Hodge's guidance, the plant became one of the highest-performing in the network, achieving monthly revenues of $30 million. In addition to receiving several accolades, he was invited to Germany for recognition as a high-potential candidate and presented to the board of directors. He subsequently received mentoring for executive roles, including chief operating officer, chief executive officer and president.

Earlier in his career, from 2003 to 2010, Mr. Hodge served as a senior application engineer at Mark IV Automotive in Rochester Hills, Michigan, where he honed his technical expertise and contributed to product development initiatives. He notably served as a lead application support for several Volvo engines, Navistar, Navistar Defense, Diamond Force Engineering, BAE, Detroit Diesel, Chrysler and GM.

Mr. Hodge's academic background has been instrumental in shaping his professional journey. He started a Bachelor of Science in engineering technology from Central Michigan University between the years of 1998 and 2000. He later acquired a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, magna cum laude, from Lawrence Technological University in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in international finance from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2009. Further enhancing his leadership capabilities is Mr. Hodge's facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International Inc., which has equipped him with advanced skills in guiding teams through change management processes.

Active civically, Mr. Hodge's engagement includes serving on the board of the Battle Creek Tax Increment Finance Authority. He is also a former board member of Macomb Community College. Among other activities, Mr. Hodge has enjoyed mentoring youth, being known for fostering positive environments on football fields, where he previously coached teams focused on resilience rather than solely on winning.

Mr. Hodge's achievements have been recognized through several honors. He received multiple awards from Ford and other customers for maintaining an inventory level under 10 days while achieving 100% on-time shipments for two consecutive years at Constellium. He was also named among the Top 20 Emerging Leaders Globally by Constellium in 2014, a testament to his impact on international manufacturing operations.

Mr. Hodge's career exemplifies expertise as an idea catalyst who transforms vision into execution while embodying servant leadership principles that inspire teams toward collective achievement across global manufacturing landscapes. Looking ahead, he aims to successfully close mergers and acquisitions that enhance shareholder value while positioning ASM Holdco Inc. for future growth opportunities or sale transactions. Personally committed to self-improvement rooted in faith-based principles, Mr. Hodge strives each day to be present for those around him and to uplift others' spirits through acts of kindness and encouragement.
