During his tenure, he oversaw the expansion of the organization's mission into schools by establishing before-school programs and supporting its continued growth under new leadership. He regards the enduring success and evolution of Good Dads as one of his most significant professional achievements, taking pride in the organization's ability to thrive beyond his direct involvement.

From 2023 to 2024, Mr. Thomas-Brown served as managing director at In2Action, where he provided strategic oversight and leadership for initiatives focused on community reintegration and support services. His work contributed to the development of sustainable programs that addressed critical needs within the community.

Previously, Mr. Thomas-Brown was the program director at The Recovery Support and Reentry Opportunity Center between 2020 and 2023. In this role, he led efforts to assist individuals transitioning back into society following incarceration or substance use treatment. He is particularly proud of building programs at the center that have remained strong and effective after his departure, underscoring his dedication to creating lasting impact through organizational resilience.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Thomas-Brown worked as an account strategist at Influence & Co. from 2018 to 2020, where he managed client relationships and developed strategies for content marketing campaigns. Between 2014 and 2018, he was an account manager at MBS Direct, overseeing educational accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. His professional journey began as operations coordinator at Kraft Foods Group from 2011 to 2014, where he gained foundational experience in logistics and operations management.

Mr. Thomas-Brown's academic background has played a pivotal role in shaping his career trajectory. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in global leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary, focusing on redemptive imagination in the marketplace, with anticipated completion in 2027. Earlier, he earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in international business from Columbia College in 2017 and 2015, respectively.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Thomas-Brown attributes his success to the guidance of mentors who recognized and nurtured his passion, the unwavering support of his mother who grounded him in community values and his faith, which has provided strength and direction throughout his life.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Thomas-Brown is deeply involved in civic organizations and community initiatives. Since 2024, he has served as the chairman of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, advocating for social justice and civil rights. He is also the central region representative for Missouri Credentialing Board Inc., a role he has held since 2023. As the co-founder of Community of Faith Outreach since 2016, he has worked to address local needs through faith-based initiatives.

Mr. Thomas-Brown's commitment to community extends to previous service on the board of County Downs Homeowners Association from 2019 to 2022 and as president from 2016 to 2019. Earlier contributions include founding the Peace After School Program from 2010 to 2012, serving as a pastor at a local church and volunteering with the COMO Community. Notably, Mr. Thomas-Brown's work has been featured in publications such as "Good Dads in the Spotlight" by COMO Magazine, highlighting his influence on fatherhood initiatives within the region.

Born in Columbia, Mr. Thomas-Brown enjoys spending time with family and volunteering within his community.
