Prior to founding Beloved Behaviors, Ms. Ware was a board certified behavior analyst at Discovery ABA, which specializes in applied behavior analysis therapy for children and teenagers with autism, from 2024 to 2025. During this period, she provided evidence-based behavioral interventions and collaborated closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support children's developmental progress. Concurrently, she held a similar role at Already Autism Health, where she further honed her expertise in applied behavior analysis and contributed to the organization's mission of supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.

From 2021 to 2024, Ms. Ware served as a board certified behavior analyst at Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) Corp., where she developed individualized treatment plans and supervised registered behavior technicians. She began her tenure at PBS in 2021 as a student analyst, gaining foundational experience in assessment and intervention design.

Ms. Ware's foundational experience in the field includes working as a registered behavioral therapist at ChanceLight from 2020 to 2021, during which she implemented specialized learning and educational services for children with behavioral needs.

Before entering the behavioral health sector, Ms. Ware gained valuable experience across multiple customer service and leadership roles in retail settings. She was a key holder at Great American Cookies and a shift leader at Walgreen Co., where she developed essential skills in team management and client relations.

Alongside her primary work with Beloved Behaviors, Ms. Ware is committed to advancing her field and staying aware of the latest developments as an active member of the Black Applied Behavior Analysts as well as South Carolina Behavior Analysts.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Ware earned a Master of Science in behavioral psychology from the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University in 2021. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the College of Charleston in 2017, providing a strong foundation for her expertise in applied behavior analysis and approach to ethical, high-quality care. To augment her qualifications, she was certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in 2021 and is licensed as a behavior analyst in both North Carolina and Georgia.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Ware attributes her success to her faith in God as well as the daily motivation she draws from her daughter. Her decision to enter the field of behavioral health was driven by her desire to create an environment that prioritizes both client progress through personalized goals and employee fulfillment. Observing that many organizations focused on numbers rather than individual outcomes, she established Beloved Behaviors to ensure that clients receive tailored support and employees feel valued.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Ware has long been devoted to civic engagement through various roles. She spent six years as a program coordinator and coach for Wings for Kids, which empowers children with the tools needed to stay in school and thrive in society. Additionally, she has volunteered at community events with the South Carolina Autism Society, mentored rising analysts entering the field of applied behavior analysis and contributes her time as a volunteer at her local church.

A proud mother of one daughter, Ms. Ware cherishes spending time with her family and enjoys helping others both within her field and throughout her community.
