Since 2025, she has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hallett Davis Strategic Group, a pharmaceutical consultancy she founded in 2010. In this capacity, she advises companies and executives on driving growth and value creation, designing successful exit strategies, and identifying strategic acquisition partners as well as counseling executives on leadership presence.

Prior to resuming her focus on Hallett Davis, Dr. Myers excelled as Chief Operating Officer at Cingulate Therapeutics, where she oversaw daily operations and contributed to the company's growth, including advancement to NDA submission, during her eight-year tenure. Her position as Head of Marketing at Fidia Pharma USA from 2014 to 2017 further solidified her reputation as an innovative leader in pharmaceutical marketing.
Dr. Myers was an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey School of Business for three years, allowing her to share her expertise with aspiring strategic management students.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Myers held senior leadership roles across major pharmaceutical organizations, including Vice President of Specialty Marketing at Sanofi and Executive Director of Commercial Development at Pfizer (formerly Pharmacia), where she spearheaded strategy for hospital and specialty product portfolios. She also held senior positions at McCann Worldgroup, Fidia Pharma USA, and Novartis, overseeing branding, commercialization, and customer engagement initiatives.
Dr. Myers began her career in preclinical research toxicology at Novartis (Sandoz) from 1988 to 1994, following two postdoctoral fellowships. Her transition from science to marketing began during her time as Associate Director of Customer Marketing at Novartis from 1994 to 1996 and Senior Product Manager at Rhône-Poulenc Rorer from 1996 to 2000. This pivotal shift from scientist to marketer, stands as a notable achievement. By committing herself fully to the challenge and setting a defined timeline for success, she established a foundation for continued advancement, ultimately rising to a vice president-level role within a large pharmaceutical organization—a testament to her resilience and continuous adaptability.
Dr. Myers earned a Doctor of Philosophy in toxicology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, which provided a strong foundation for her early scientific roles. She holds a Master of Business Administration in pharmaceutical marketing from Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University, equipping her with the business acumen necessary for high-level marketing and operational positions. Additionally, she completed both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in biology and biochemistry at the University of Scranton.
Dr. Myers' commitment to lifelong learning and modern practices is reflected in the numerous certifications she has accrued in recent years. She completed the Artificial Intelligence in Pharma and Biotech course at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan Executive Education in 2025, Ethics of AI from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2026, Intensive Bioethics Course from the Kennedy Institute of Ethics & Center for Clinical Bioethics of Georgetown University in 2024 as well as the AI for Everyone: Master the Basics course through IBM in 2024. Furthermore, she earned multiple credentials through HarvardX by completing the HHP100: The Opioid Crisis In America course and the Prescription Drug Regulation, Cost, and Access course in 2020.
Reflecting on her career, Dr. Myers attributes much of her success to recognizing and acting on opportunities, particularly those that arose following her transition from scientific research into commercial leadership. She also credits the recognition she received from leaders such as Timothy Rothwell, Margriet Gabriel-Regis and Mark Gossett positioning her to contribute to major brands like Lovenox during its global growth period.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Dr. Myers has demonstrated a strong commitment to both civic engagement and mentorship initiatives. She has served on the Board of Directors for Youth Rise Kansas City (2021-2024) and on the Board of Advisors for LINEA System — which utilizes advanced technology to enhance clinical trials — since 2020. Her volunteer work includes service with the nonprofit biotechnology research firm BioKansas from 2021 to 2022.
She has also held board positions with Cingulate Therapeutics, Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures, the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, and the Women's Business Leaders Association.
