Between 2008 and 2015, he was a District Leader in the pet industry, managing the company's top-performing market with P&L responsibility of up to $195 million.

Earlier in his career, One of his most notable accomplishments occurred during his tenure as General Manager in the electronics industry from 1998 to 2004. He successfully launched new markets nationwide, including New York, and managed the company's largest store at the time. His team achieved an unprecedented milestone by being named the company's top-performing store for twelve consecutive months, earning him the Best Store award for 1999–2000.

He began his management career with Circuit City, where he held multiple leadership roles, including General Manager from 1994 to 1998.

Mr. Peacock's educational background includes coursework in business administration and management at Rock Valley College. He is currently pursuing a degree in business management and leadership, fulfilling a personal commitment to himself to complete his college education and establish a legacy for his family.

A defining moment in his life came during the September 11, 2001 attacks. While working in the electronics retail industry, he witnessed the profound impact of the tragedy, which prompted him to reassess his priorities. Observing communities unite in the aftermath strengthened his commitment to serving others and focusing on what truly matters.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Peacock has remained deeply committed to community service. Since 1996, he has volunteered with the Rockford Rescue Mission, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. He also contributes to organizations such as Junior Achievement USA, The Haven Network, and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago through both volunteerism and philanthropy.

In his personal time, Mr. Peacock enjoys golf, outdoor activities, barbecuing, fishing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
