He is widely recognized for combining strategic insight with advertising expertise, consistently delivering measurable results while mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Seamark spent over a decade at BBDO, part of Omnicom Group, where he held multiple executive vice president roles. As a global group director and cross-agency leader, he managed complex, multi-agency initiatives for global brands including Campbell's, Lowe's, and Gillette, ensuring cohesive and effective execution across markets.
He previously served as global group director at BBDO Proximity Worldwide from 2009 to 2011, leading international campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and consumer engagement. From 2006 to 2009, as senior vice president and global director, he led high-profile accounts and helped pioneer early digital and integrated marketing strategies during a period of rapid industry transformation.
From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Seamark was director of client services and a member of the executive leadership team at Fullsix in London, where he played a key role in building and scaling the agency's offerings. During his tenure, the firm was recognized as one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Seamark began his career with roles at Young & Rubicam Advertising (now VML) and D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles (now Publicis), where he worked on major brands including Swiffer and Sony. These early experiences laid the foundation for his expertise in client leadership, brand strategy, and integrated marketing.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Seamark has contributed to meaningful social impact initiatives through strategic communications. Notably, he played a leadership role in a campaign that contributed to CVS Health's decision to remove cigarettes from its stores while promoting smoking cessation products, a landmark move in public health. He is also actively involved in efforts to combat antisemitism, working with his team at Triggers to develop initiatives addressing this critical issue.
Mr. Seamark earned a Bachelor of Science in business with a minor in European history from Skidmore College in 1995. He also completed Omnicom University's senior management program, an elite program designed for the top 1% of executives worldwide.
