Later in the day, her focus shifts to higher-level and ownership roles, where she engages entrepreneurial and senior-level professionals. Mrs. Prince's approach emphasizes the importance of high-level discussions with candidates considering business ownership, often addressing financial considerations and the long-term impact on families, an aspect she believes is frequently overlooked in the industry.

Before her current position, Mrs. Prince served as a contract RPO recruiter with Hire Velocity in 2025, where she contributed her expertise in recruitment solutions for a diverse client base. From 2023 to 2025, she held the position of senior talent acquisition specialist and human resources administrator at SPAR Solutions, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes and supported organizational growth through strategic hiring initiatives.

Her tenure at Farmers Insurance began in 2019 as a sales agency recruiter, a role she held until 2024. During this period, Mrs. Prince achieved a significant milestone by transitioning from her background in information technology and engineering into insurance recruiting. As the first talent acquisition specialist at Farmers Insurance, she navigated an uncharted role without precedent or guidance. She developed a comprehensive blueprint for the position, establishing foundational standards for talent acquisition within the company. Her efforts enabled the organization to expand its recruitment team, with subsequent specialists building upon the processes she created, a testament to her adaptability and impact on organizational success.
From 2017 to 2019, Mrs. Prince served as the talent acquisition manager at TechniPower Inc., where she led recruitment strategies for technical roles and contributed to workforce development initiatives. Between 2016 and 2018, she worked as a recruiting specialist at Open Systems Inc., further honing her sourcing and candidate placement skills across various industries.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Prince gained experience as a collections specialist at Honda Finance Corporation in 2016 and as an insurance agent with Liberty National Life Insurance Company that same year. Her professional journey began as a front desk receptionist at LA Fitness from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Mrs. Prince has been a co-owner of Explosive Elites with her wife, Alexandria Prince (owner), since 2018. The organization is dedicated to female AAU travel basketball. She coaches female athletes ranging from 3rd to 11th grade and is actively involved in training, mentoring and recruiting talent for six to seven teams each season. Her primary objective is to help these athletes succeed both on the court and academically by securing college placements.

Mrs. Prince's commitment to leadership extends beyond her professional roles; she served on the leadership board group at Farmers Insurance.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in clinical and counseling psychology from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, earned in 2015. She also holds an associate's degree in athletic training with a minor in business from Pearl River Community College in Poplarville, Mississippi, completed in 2012. To further enhance her expertise in recruitment, Mrs. Prince obtained the Right Skill recruiting certification from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 2016.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Prince has attributed her success to an inquisitive nature that drives her to seek knowledge whenever faced with unfamiliar challenges. This quality has positioned her among top-performing recruiters and is complemented by a competitive spirit reminiscent of her passion for basketball.
