Within just five months of founding the company in August 2025, he transformed a concept into a thriving enterprise with golf course clients spanning from Alaska to Maine to Florida. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded to more than 40 staff on payroll and secured contracts with golf courses nationwide.

Hailing from an extensive background in information technology and cybersecurity, Mr. Haga previously spent three years as the Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) at the software development leader Paylocity, during which he led teams responsible for safeguarding digital assets and ensuring secure access protocols across the organization. He also launched an innovative IAM lifecycle branded Productivity Day 1 (PD1), which is the cornerstone of their Corporate IAM program.

Also gaining valuable experience in law and technology, Mr. Haga held the position of Information Governance Technical Services Manager at Latham & Watkins in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, where he managed technical teams focused on data protection, compliance and digital forensics within a global law firm environment.

From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Haga excelled as the Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) within information security risk management at Highmark Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During this time, the IAM Program oversaw more than 40,000 corporate staff members and 1.5 million consumers across the United States and grew the company's IAM program from $2.5 million to a remarkable $15 million in just one year.

Mr. Haga's decade-long tenure at Visa included several progressive roles: Director of IAM from 2010 to 2016; Senior Information Technology Project Manager for IAM from 2008 to 2010; and Senior Implementation Specialist for IAM from 2006 to 2008. As he continued to ascend the corporate ladder, he played a critical role in shaping Visa's cybersecurity infrastructure and gained valuable leadership experience that continues to serve him at Never Miss Your Shot Network (NMYSN) today.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Haga continued to define his approach to team building and organizational growth in project management roles at major companies including Peterson Caterpillar, Kaiser Permanente, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Washington Mutual Card Services. His first big break began by taking a chance and moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1999 during the Dot Com boom, where he was able to secure a technical subject matter expert contract position for Windows platforms at Robertson Stephens from 1999 to 2000, supporting backend financial services platforms for trading systems in a middle market financial services setting, with a shift starting at 5 AM each weekday.

Alongside his entrepreneurial endeavors with Never Miss Your Shot Network (NMYSN), Mr. Haga maintains active membership in the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) and the Golf Business Association (GBA), reflecting his commitment to advancing industry standards within both technology and sports. He has also appeared on the popular podcast "The 19th Hole" with award-winning journalist Michael Williams, where he discussed innovations in sports technology and the impact his company has made.

Reflecting on his storied journey from information technology to entrepreneurship, Mr. Haga attributes his success to humility, a willingness to learn from others — including those whose expertise surpasses his own — and an openness to learning from mistakes. He credits his mother's encouragement during the rise of the internet as pivotal in guiding him toward a career in technology after he initially studied accounting in high school. His early exposure came through an internship where he learned printer repair and computer setup before continuing his transition fully into information technology roles.

In his personal life, Mr. Haga comes from a close-knit family with roots in both Ohio and Arizona. He is married to Jenilee, who serves as a Business Manager for Never Miss Your Shot Golf (NMYSG) while also working as a medical coder and Pilates and Zumba instructor. His son works as an Operations Lead for the company, traveling nationwide to set up equipment at golf courses. Both of Mr. Haga's parents are living, and his family includes two twin brothers as well as two half-siblings from his father's first marriage.

Determined to further his impact in the coming years, Mr. Haga plans to establish the Never Miss Your Shot Network (NMYSN) brand throughout the United States by leveraging social media platforms so amateurs can feel like professionals across various sports including pickleball, bowling, skateboarding, snowboarding, wakeboarding and surfing.
