JERSEY CITY, NJ, March 25, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ralph Sagher has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Sagher is being recognized for leading the global organization behind BlueGrid and for guiding its development for the U.S. market at a critical moment for infrastructure modernization. As artificial intelligence infrastructure expands, data demand accelerates, fiber deployment intensifies and aging water systems require renewal, utilities and network operators face growing pressure to build faster, smarter and with less disruption. The significance of BlueGrid lies in its potential to support U.S. infrastructure modernization and economic competitiveness by helping accelerate deployment through an existing, protected underground corridor already present beneath nearly every community. Developed by U.S.-based LWF Group Inc. through years of domestic and international research, engineering and field validation, the platform is now mature and positioned to help address urgent national infrastructure priorities in the United States.

BlueGrid converts active water pipelines into secure fiber corridors and intelligent sensing infrastructure. A single fiber layer inside active water pipelines can support communications, water intelligence and homeland security applications. For telecommunications providers, BlueGrid helps enable broadband expansion and fiber-to-the-home deployment with faster installation, lower cost and reduced environmental and community disruption compared with conventional trenching methods. For water utilities, it helps turn pipeline networks into continuously monitored assets through leak detection, pressure anomaly monitoring, predictive maintenance and early risk identification. BlueGrid also adds a powerful AI dimension: the platform combines fiber-based sensing with AI-driven analytics to identify and classify leaks, disturbances, excavation activity and other operational events before failures occur, giving operators continuous visibility inside critical infrastructure corridors. For homeland security and critical infrastructure protection, it supports corridor monitoring, intrusion detection, asset protection and secure communications across sensitive infrastructure environments.

As group chief executive officer of LWF Group Inc., Mr. Sagher has led the strategy, engineering, product development, field validation and commercialization behind BlueGrid. He has done so alongside a strong management team and a powerhouse group of LWF employees whose technical expertise, dedication and execution have been essential to the platform's progress and readiness. Bringing BlueGrid to maturity has required overcoming substantial technical, operational and commercialization challenges. The company had to develop clean and survivable installation methods, generate reliable sensing data under live operating conditions and build the AI, software and field procedures necessary for real-world adoption. The result is a highly proprietary and differentiated solution built on patented technology, specialized deployment methods, accumulated field know-how and years of validation in demanding environments, creating meaningful barriers to entry and making the platform difficult to replicate.

Under Mr. Sagher's leadership, the organization established a center of excellence in the United Kingdom dedicated to BlueGrid research, development and product engineering. Located on a repurposed farm campus converted into an engineering and testing site, the facility includes buried pipe infrastructure used to simulate real-world conditions, refine safer and cleaner deployment methods, improve survivability and develop AI-driven algorithms using live operating conditions. In parallel, he partnered with academic institutions including Berlin Technical University to tackle tough hydro-mechanical challenges, and helped build a software development center in Tel Aviv to accelerate platform intelligence, analytics and software capabilities. Over the last three years, he and his team have also led field development in demanding operating environments across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Together, these efforts have helped position BlueGrid for broader adoption in the United States. The platform is backed by more than a decade of installations, deployment experience across six continents and a portfolio of 52 patents.

Mr. Sagher brings more than 25 years of cross-industry leadership experience spanning water management, gas compression, aerospace, advanced manufacturing and alternative energy. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles, including the ones at Airtech and IDEX Corporation, where he helped drive growth, integration and technical expansion, supporting the company's evolution from private equity ownership to the public markets. He earned a Master of Science in engineering, with a concentration in industrial management, from Syracuse University. He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which has informed his long-standing focus on execution, process improvement and operational performance.
