When they established Evolve in 2023, Ms. Jaramillo was simultaneously coping with the sudden passing of her younger brother and navigating the complexities of postpartum depression. Ms. Jaramillo lived in the City of the Middle of the World in Ecuador and attended Colegio Britanico Internacional. She received an Associate of Arts in media studies from Broward College in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a specialization in digital media, graduating cum laude from Florida International University in 2016. The same year she received her bachelor's degree, Ms. Jaramillo officially began her career, working as a production manager for a leading travel magazine and several other television networks. Later, to further enhance her skills, she pursued coursework in the disruptive strategy of innovation through executive education at Harvard Business School Online in 2022.

Ms. Jaramillo began her career as a call center operator at Zimmersoc Quito in 2010, a customer service center with over 16 years of market presence. During her tenure, she developed a private CRM platform, which is now evolving to integrate seamlessly into the AI-driven landscape. This experience was followed by roles as a documentary freelancer and in the marketing, public relations and media fields.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Jaramillo is actively involved in various professional organizations, such as the FIU Young Alumni Association, where she serves as an executive committee member.
