From 2019 to 2023, she held the positions of president and chief operating officer at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, where she oversaw significant organizational growth and operational improvements. Prior to this, she was the chief operating officer at CrossCountry Mortgage Inc. from 2013 to 2018, leading large-scale process enhancements and technology integrations.

Ms. Hall's earlier career includes serving as a subject-matter expert at Chase Bank in Denver from 2009 to 2013, following a year as a personal banker at the same institution. Her entry into the mortgage industry began at NovaStar Mortgage, where she worked from 2001 to 2007. Starting as an account executive after being recruited at a job fair while attending graduate school, she quickly advanced through roles including account manager, underwriter, supervisor and manager before becoming regional manager of sales and operations for the Southeast region.

In addition to these roles, Ms. Hall also contributed her expertise as a consultant for Nationwide Mortgage Bankers in Long Island. Ms. Hall's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Marietta College in Marietta in 1997. She then pursued graduate coursework at John Carroll University, which provided foundational skills in research and analysis that have informed her approach to business strategy and leadership. Her entry into the mortgage profession was serendipitous: while working as a graduate assistant on a limited income, she accepted an opportunity at NovaStar Mortgage that set the stage for her rapid ascent within the industry.

Born in Summerfield and raised in Cambridge within a close-knit community, Ms. Hall attributes much of her success to her family's strong work ethic and entrepreneurial values. Her father's example as an entrepreneur encouraged her independence and willingness to take risks, while both parents instilled perseverance and dedication. Her grandmother on her mother's side provided additional strength and determination throughout her upbringing.

Ms. Hall remains deeply committed to community involvement with a particular focus on education and youth development. She teaches financial literacy classes at local high schools, emphasizing homeownership fundamentals to help break cycles of poverty in her hometown. Through an anonymous fund managed by school administrators, she provides financial assistance for students' basic needs, such as clothing, glasses, dental care and transportation, reflecting her belief that meeting these needs is essential to academic success.
