Before joining Torcon, Mr. Patel spent nearly a decade with Gilbane Building Company. As a project manager from 2017 to 2021, he strengthened his construction management capabilities while fostering strong client and subcontractor relationships. Earlier in his tenure, he held roles as senior purchasing manager and senior project engineer, where he built a solid foundation in procurement and engineering.

Mr. Patel began his career as an entrepreneur, serving as president of RPS LLC from 2002 to 2008 and later as a partner at Pro Services Group from 2009 to 2012. These early experiences provided him with a strong grounding in business operations and strategic planning, which continue to inform his leadership approach.

Throughout his career, Mr. Patel has contributed to a wide range of projects, including college dormitories, office buildings, schools and hotels. He considers healthcare facilities his most impactful work, citing their complexity and the critical role they play in serving communities.
