Mr. Miller's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix, earned in 2010. He further enhanced his qualifications by obtaining a substitute teacher certificate from the Nevada Department of Education in 2023, a certified paralegal credential from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2023 and a certificate from the Design Thinking Executive Program at the University of California, Riverside, in 2022.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Miller is known for his civic engagement. He served as an advisory board member for the Design Thinking Executive Program at the University of California, Riverside, from 2022 to 2024, contributing valuable insights drawn from his diverse career experiences.
