Ms. Kettner's responsibilities encompass overseeing kitchen operations and dehydration processes, planning daily or weekly production and packaging agendas, managing marketing efforts, reaching out to potential wholesale accounts, and coordinating packing and shipping activities. She also handles administrative duties such as bookkeeping and licensing while assisting with ranch tasks as needed.

Before founding Triple R Pet Treats, Ms. Kettner built her expertise as an agronomist and livestock nutritionist. In these roles, she specialized in soil health and livestock nutrition, knowledge she has leveraged to enhance the nutrient density of her farm's products. Her approach emphasizes the connection between soil health and the quality of livestock feed, which directly affects the nutritional value of the pet treats her company offers.

Raised in St. Michael, Ms. Kettner enjoys camping, fishing, hunting and spending time with family outside of her professional commitments.
