WAKE FOREST, NC, March 27, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chris Jorgensen has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Jorgensen has established a distinguished career defined by innovation, leadership and a commitment to operational excellence. Since 2025, he has served as the founder of Jera Business Solutions in North Carolina, a boutique consulting firm built on the belief that leaders must constantly evolve as part of an evolution that grows and defines leaders both personally and as top executives responsible for large businesses employing hundreds, if not thousands, of people whose families and loved ones rely on the business success. In this capacity, Mr. Jorgensen ensures revenue and production targets are met, develops tools and coaching systems for sustainability and implements tiered accountability structures. He is recognized for coaching leaders to adopt a servant-leadership mindset, visualize processes and key performance indicators, and manage bottom-up value creation. His proactive leadership support is instrumental in preventing operational failures and fostering a culture of empowerment among team members.
Since 2018, Mr. Jorgensen has also been a small business owner at Norse Brewing Company, with locations in Wake Forest and Zebulon, North Carolina. Alongside his wife, Jenni, and her twin sister, Jeannie, he co-founded the brewery as a family enterprise that celebrates their Viking heritage while promoting inclusivity within the community. The company's credo of welcoming everyone regardless of background reflects Mr. Jorgensen's dedication to creating an environment where everyone feels valued.
From 2024 to 2025, Mr. Jorgensen served as vice president of lean management at Bora Pharmaceuticals. There, he was responsible for driving operational improvements and embedding lean manufacturing principles across the organization.
From 2016 to 2023, Mr. Jorgensen served as vice president of global operational excellence at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He led initiatives to optimize processes worldwide, focusing on continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
His tenure at Siemens from 2008 to 2016 included two significant roles: vice president of operations development and director of global lean programs for supply chain management from 2008 to 2010. In these positions, he advanced operational strategies and implemented lean methodologies globally.
Before Siemens, Mr. Jorgensen was director of operations technology at Genworth in North Carolina from 2005 to 2008 and director of career sales and marketing information technology from 2003 to 2005. He contributed to digital transformation efforts and enhanced organizational efficiency.
At General Electric from 2001 to 2003, he directed the enterprise/information technology portal program after serving as program manager for e-business new product development from 2000 to 2001. From 1998 to 2000, he was program manager and Six Sigma black belt for e-commerce operations, where he honed his expertise in process improvement.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Jorgensen worked at Boeing as an organization advisor from 1997 to 1998 and as an industrial engineer from 1996 to 1997. His initial professional experience included a quality advisor internship at Cascade Eye and Skin Center in Puyallup, Washington, in 1996 and a marketing consultant internship at Bang & Olufsen in Struer Municipality, Denmark, in 1995.
Throughout his career, Mr. Jorgensen has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodology, tiered accountability structures, process visualization and servant leadership coaching. He is particularly proud of pioneering the design and construction of a moving production line for an 80-metric-ton wind turbine manufacturing facility, a project exported from Europe to North America and Asia that adapted automobile assembly-line concepts on an unprecedented scale. Equally significant are the qualitative achievements that define his legacy: facilitating transformative insights among executives and operators through servant-leadership principles that empower frontline workers and foster engaged teams.
Mr. Jorgensen's academic foundation includes a 1996 bachelor's degree in business from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. He also holds an associate's degree in international marketing from the Institute of Business and Technology, completed in 1995. These academic experiences were pivotal; during his studies at Pacific Lutheran University, a statistical process control class provided hands-on consulting experience that ignited his passion for operational excellence, a focus that would shape his entire professional journey.
He has further distinguished himself through certifications in lean manufacturing from Boeing and Six Sigma from General Electric—credentials that have underpinned his success across multiple industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy and digital processes.
Mr. Jorgensen attributes much of his success to his wife, Jenni's, unwavering support. Early in their marriage, they intentionally decided for Jenni to serve as the chief executive officer of their family. At the same time, he focused on advancing his career, a partnership that enabled him to pursue opportunities at major corporations before founding his own consulting business. The guidance he received from an executive coach at General Electric taught him the importance of work-life integration: being fully present for family while maintaining professional commitments, a philosophy he now imparts to others.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Jorgensen has been civically engaged with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity® International, reflecting his commitment to community service.
In his personal life, Mr. Jorgensen enjoys cooking, grilling, traveling and spending time with family. Together with Jenni—his high school sweetheart whom he met as an exchange student in California—they have raised five children and welcomed three grandchildren over more than three decades together.
Looking ahead, Mr. Jorgensen aims to further establish Jera Business Solutions as a leading consulting firm while expanding his coaching services, with a focus on servant leadership development for current and aspiring executives. He is passionate about helping leaders achieve work-life integration by blending personal fulfillment with professional achievement, drawing on lessons from his own distinguished career.
Mr. Jorgensen's enduring impact is evident not only through quantifiable industry achievements but also through the lives transformed by his commitment to inclusive leadership and community engagement.
